I hope you all doing well and safe at home here I come with another healthy recipe for weight loss and this recipe is a healthy breakfast recipe which is very nutritious and tasty as well so guys it is a myth that you lose weight by starving and not eating anything. so you can lose weight organically by eating healthy food

?Apple smoothie ingredients ?
1.chopped apples
2.almonds
3.peanut butter
4.water-1/2glass
garnish your smoothie with
raisins cashew nuts
grated coconut
add chopped apples to the blender then add almonds, peanut butter, 1/2cup of water and then blend it till is a smooth consistency after that pour apple smoothie to serving glass and sprinkle grated coconut and garnish with raisins and cashew nuts.
