Learn how to make Rabri. Rabri is a North Indian dessert that’s made with thickened milk, cardamom, and saffron. Optionally add chopped nuts on top!
It’s similar to kheer in consistency and similar to kulfi in taste. I like to call it jalebi’s best friend because the crunchy hot jalebi + creamy cold rabri is a match made in heaven! It also pairs really well with some warm gulab jamun. That’s not to say this isn’t delicious on its own though!
