Here’s the recipe:

RAINBOW SHOOTERS
1 oz. (30ml) Coconut Rum
½ oz. (15ml) Blue Raspberry Vodka
1 oz. (30ml) Pineapple Juice
Splash Grenadine

PREPARATION
1. In an ice filled glass combine coconut rum and pineapple juice. Shake well.
2. Strain mix ¾’s of way into shot glass.
3. Drizzle grenadine into base of glass.
4. Float blue raspberry vodka on top. Enjoy responsibly!
