TODAY’S RECIPE IS Rasmalai Cake Recipe | Eid Special Dessert Item | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Rashmalai cake
2 eggs (substitute 1/2 cup curd)
Vanilla 1/2 tsp
Beat for 1 mins
Sugar 1/4 cup
Beat until creamy consistency
Oil 2 tbsp
All purpose flour 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
7 inch pan
Grease oil
Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 mins place the pan
Cook it on low flame for 20-30 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 160c for 20-30 mins
Let the cake cool down
Whipping cream 1/2 cup
Sugar 1 tbsp
Beat until stiff peaks
Yellow food color (optional)
Prick with a fork
Rasmalai milk
Spread the cream evenly
Rasmalai
Pistachios
Dry rose petals
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
