ANGARA TIKKA RECIPE WRITTEN :
Ingredients
Boneless chicken 500 gm
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green chilies grinded 2
Chili powder 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Allspice ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
Orange color ¼ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
METHOD :
Marinate chicken with all the above for 2 hours, grill in a pan with little oil on medium flame to give color on both sides, cover, and cook on medium heat for 10 mins, Give dum of coal, serve with onion rings and chatni.
