1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml
Ingredients:
1 Kg Beef (sliced)
2 ½ cups Onion (thinly sliced)
12 Dried Kashmiri Red Chillies
6 Garlic Cloves
½” Ginger
1 tsp. Cumin Seeds
1″ Cinnamon Stick (broken)
10 Cloves
4 Black Peppercorns
½ tsp. Turmeric Powder
1 tsp. Sugar
⅓ cup Vinegar
4 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
Serves: 10 -12
Preparation Time: 45 mins
