Here is a simple recipe with Chicken ,Kerala style Chicken Chukka.
ingredients
Onion – 3 medium size (for fry)
For Marination
fried onion
Ginger garlic paste – 1tsp
Red chilly powder 3 teaspon
– 1/2tsp turmeric powder –
1/2tsp Garam masala –
1tsp Pepper powder
Curry leaves -hand full
Coconut oil –
Chicken – 500gm
Lemon juice – half lemon
tomato – 1
coriander leaves for taste
salt to taste
Marinate the chicken and keep for 30mins before cooking.
