Welcome to MJ’s Kitchen,
Today’s recipe is Restaurant’s style Chili Chicken with gravy.

Ingredients:
to marinate chicken:
400 gram Chicken (boneless),
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste,
1 Egg,
½ tsp Salt,
½ tsp Black Pepper,
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce,
1 tbsp. Vinegar,
1 tbsp. Chili Sauce,
3 tbsp. Flour,
& 2 tbsp. Corn Flour.

for gravy:
2~3 tbsp. Oil,
1 tbsp. Garlic (crushed),
2 Green Chili (julienne cut),
1 Capsicum (julienne cut),
1 small Onion (julienne cut),
1 tsp Chicken Powder,
½ tsp Salt,
1 tsp Chili Powder,
½ tsp Black Pepper,
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce,
1 tbsp. Hot Sauce,
3~4 tbsp. Ketchup,
1 tbsp. Vinegar,
1 cup Water,
1 tbsp. Corn flour.

Method:
– At first marinate chicken by mixing ginger garlic paste, egg, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, flour and corn flour into chicken.
– Give it a good mix and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
– After 15 minutes fry chicken for 4~5 minutes at medium flame.
– To prepare gravy, sauté garlic for a minute in oil.
– Add green chili, capsicum and onion.
– Fry them for 2 minutes.
– Now add chicken powder, salt, chili powder, black pepper, soy sauce, hot sauce, ketchup, vinegar and water.
– Give it a good mix.
– Dilute corn flour into 3 tbsp. of water and gradually add to the gravy.
– Now add fried chicken, mix it and turn off stove.
– Our recipe of Chili Chicken with gravy is ready.
