Today I share perfect recipe of beef seekh kabab it turns out same as restaurant style o better than that

Written Recipe
Beef mince 1 kg
Fat 100 grams
Onions 2 medium
Green chillies 5-6
Salt as per taste
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic 3-4 tbsp
For dry roast
Zeera 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Big cardamom
Black peppercorns 1/2
Red chillies 4-5
Roast and make powder
Chopped onion and squeezed
Add all ingredients in beef mince and mix well until it mixed well.
