Rich Chocolate Smoothie:

Ingredients:
Yogurt 1 cup
Milk 2 glasses
Chocolate 2 tbsp
Chocolate Sauce 2 tbsp
Vanilla Essence few drops
Cream ½ cup
Sugar ½ cup
Ice as required
Chocolate grated ½ cup
White chocolate chips ½ cup

Method:
• In a blender add milk, Yogurt, Vanilla Essence, Cream ,Sugar, Chocolate,chocolate Sauce and Ice and blend well.
• Now take it out in a glass then pour on grated chocolate and white chocolate chips and serve.

Mutton Shinwari Karahi:
Ingredients
Mutton ½ kg
Tomatoes ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Crushed red chili 1 tsp
All spice powder ½ tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Green coriander 1 bunch
Ginger 1 piece
Clarified butter 200 gm
Green chilies 6
Method:
In a wok pour mutton ,tomatoes ,ginger garlic paste and salt add and covered it and cook for 30 minutes .now crushed black pepper ,green chili ,crushed red chili ,all spices and clarified butter mix .finally garnish with ginger and green coriander .

Achaari Qeema:

Ingredients

Beef mince ½ kg
Carrots ½ kg
Black Peppercorns 1tsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Tomato Paste 250 gm
Onion Paste 2
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
Coriander Powder 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
All spice 1tbsp
Clarified butter ½ cup
Green Chilies as required
Coriander Leaves as required
Mustard seeds 1tsp
Fennel seeds 1tsp
Onion seeds 1tsp

Method:
Ina pan, add mince, coriander powder, onion paste, salt, turmeric, red chilies, ginger garlic, cumin seeds, tomato paste, black peppercorns and cook on low flame for 1 hour.

When mince got tender, add ghee, carrot and fry well.

Then add 1 glass of water and cook on low flame.

After this, add garam masala powder, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves and removes from the stove.
