Recipe [Makes 6 Muffins]:
Hotcake Mix – 200g
Cocoa Powder – 20g
Milk – 150ml
Egg – 1 Large
Sugar – 1 Tbsp
Vegetable oil – 70g
Mini Marshmallows – 18 Pcs
Dark or Milk Chocolate bar (100g):
70g Finely chopped
30g broken into 12 pcs
