மசாலா உதிராமல் ரோட்டு கடை காலிபிளவர் 65 செய்முறை| Cauliflower 65 in tamil|Gobi 65| Cauliflower fry

Preparation:

Take 300 gram boneless chicken, wash it well and make it completely dry.Cut into very small pieces.

If you cut into big pieces then it will be like chicken 65, so cut it into small pieces after making it dry.

Add 3/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder,1/2 tsp Garam masala powder, 1/2 tsp Chat masala(optional), Salt.

Add 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 julienne cut onion, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Mix it well & marinate for 10 mins.

As we have cut the chicken into small pieces, ten minutes is enough for marination.

After 10 mins marination & just before frying it add the required flours.

Add 1/2 cup besan powder, 2 tbsp rice powder, 1 tbsp maida( optional),1 cup finely chopped coriander leaves.

Mix it well without adding any water initially. Sprinkle water and mix it after that if required.

It takes only 2 tbsp water for the whole mixture. Don’t make it too watery.

Once the chicken mixture is ready, fry it in the hot oil.

In a heated oil, Spread the mixture little by little & fry it well.

It takes only 5 minutes to fry well. Maintain medium flame throughout.

I didn’t had fresh curry leaves, if you have curry leaves add it. It will add nice taste to the pakoda.

The taste will enhance according to the amount of onion you add with the pakoda. add it enormously.

Now the chicken is fried crisply. Move it out of the oil. Delicious chicken Pakoda is ready.
