Serves – 4
INGREDIENTS –
Chicken (small pieces) – 1kg
Salt – to taste
Turmeric – 1 tsp
Chilli powder – 1tbsp
Cumin powder – 1tbsp
Black pepper (crushed) – 2tsp
Lemon juice – 5tbsp
Black Sesame – ¼ cup
Mustard oil – 4tbsp
Garlic Chopped – 1 tbsp
Ginger Chopped – 2tbsp
Onion chopped – 4tbsp
Green Chilli – 2 no
Ghee/Butter – for basting
