A winter specialty, rum balls are an absolute delight all the way!

Ingredients:
– 100 Gms chocolate
– 50 Gms fresh cream
– 150 Gms chocolate sponge
– Jam
– 2 Tbsp tutti frutti
– 1 Tbsp crushed cashew nuts
– 30 Ml dark rum
Method:
1) In a bowl get some dark chocolate.
2) Add fresh cream
3) Microwave for 5 minutes
4) Get the sponge in a bowl. Crush fine.
5) Add jam, tutti-frutti, cashewnuts & mix.
6) Add the dark rum & mix.
7) Add the melted chocolate & mix.
8) Pinch out portions from the mix & make round balls.
9) Dip it in melted chocolate & keep aside.
10) Garnish with cashewnuts & tutti-frutti.
Rum balls are now ready!
