To prepare this recipe, you will be needing the main ingredient which is the Moringa, grounded kuli kuli, onions, peppers, seasoning cubes and salt.
Instead of fresh pepper, you can also use Mixed Spiced Pepper.
Some people add tomatoes to their own, but to me I feel it’s not really necessary because the tomatoes can make it a bit watery, and we don’t want that.
INGREDIENTS
8 bunch of moringa (zogale or zoogale)
1 large onion
2 1/2 cups of grounded Kuli Kuli
5 pieces of fresh Pepper or 2 tbls of mixed spiced pepper
2 seasoning cubes
Salt to taste
Fried Tilapia fish for garnishing.
