Fixings (FOR SALAD)
1 can Garbanzo Beans (I utilize Eden brand), depleted and flushed
1/2 Red Onion, diced or cut rings (whichever you lean toward)
1 Red Bell Pepper, seeded and diced
1 Yellow Bell Pepper, seeded and diced
1 Cucumber, peeled if not natural and diced
2 containers Grape Tomatoes, cut down the middle
1 Avocado, peeled, cored and cubed
1 can Heart of Palm, depleted
1 head Romaine Lettuce, coarsely hacked
1 cluster Cilantro, coarsely slashed
Directions (FOR SALAD)
Consolidate all fixings in a vast dish, include dressing (formula beneath) and hurl. Serve, and appreciate!
