SALTED CARAMEL ICE CREAM SHOOTERS
1 oz. (30ml) Vanilla Vodka
1 oz. (30ml) Caramel Vodka
1/2 oz. (15ml) Caramel Syrup
Vanilla Ice Cream
dash Coarse Salt
Rim: Caramel Syrup, Sprinkles
Garnish: Whipped Cream, Caramel Syrup
PREPARATION
1. Rim the edge of a shot glass using caramel syrup and sprinkles. Set aside.
2. In a blender, combine ice cream, vanilla vodka caramel vodka, caramel syrup, and a dash of coarse salt. Blend until smooth.
3. Drizzle Caramel Syrup in rimmed shot glasses and pour mix in.
4. Top with whipped cream and caramel syrup.
