Ingredients:
Prepare Creamy Chicken Filling:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Corn kernels boiled & chopped ½ Cup
-Pickled jalapeno chopped 3 tbs
-Chicken boiled & chopped 350g
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
-Mustard paste 2 tbs
-Olper’s Cream 1 Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ tbs
-Water 2 tbs
-Samosa sheet 26-28 or as required
-Cooking oil
Directions:
Prepare Creamy Chicken Filling:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,corn kernels,pickled jalapenos,mix well & sauté for 1-2 minutes.
-Add chicken & mix well.
-Add red chilli crushed,black pepper powder,pink salt,paprika powder,fresh parsley,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Let it cool.
-In a bowl,add chicken mixture,mustard paste,cream,mix well & transfer to a piping bag & set aside.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,water & mix well.Flour slurry is ready.
-Wrap aluminum foil on 2 cm thick rolling pin.
-Fold samosa sheet on aluminum foil & seal the ends with flour slurry then carefully remove rolling pin from aluminum foil & brush cooking oil on samosa rolls.
-Air fry in preheated air fryer at 180 °C for 6-8 minutes or until golden & crispy.
-Take out from air fryer,carefully remove aluminum foil from samosa rolls.
-Pipe out prepared creamy chicken filling in samosa rolls & serve (makes 26-28).

-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Lal mirch crushed,kali mirch powder,pink salt,paprika powder aur fresh parsley dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Bowl mein chicken mixture mustard paste aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur piping bag mein transfer ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein maida aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.Flour slurry tayyar hai.
-2 cum thick rolling pin ko aluminum foil mein wrap ker lein.
-Samosa sheet ko aluminum foil mein fold ker lein aur edges ko flour slurry laga ker seal ker lein phir rolling pin ko carefully remove karein aur samosa rolls ker cooking oil laga lein.
-Preheated air fryer meun 180°C per 6-8 minutes ya golden & crispy ho janay tak air fryer ker lein.
-Air fryer sa nikal lein aur samosa rolls ko aluminum foil sa carefully remove ker lein,
-Tayyar creamy chicken filling ko samosa rolls mein bhar dein aur serve karein (makes 26-28).
