Here’s the recipe:
SANTA CLAUS MIMOSA
2 1/2 oz. (75ml) Champagne
2 1/2 oz. (45ml) Viniq Ruby
1 oz. (60ml) Grenadine
Garnish: Sugar Rim
PREPARATION
1. Rim edge of champagne flute with sugar.
2. Add grenadine and viniq ruby to base of glass. Stir.
3. Top with champagne.
