Malai Chicken Patties
Ingredients for Filling:
Chicken (boiled & shredded) 1 ½ cup
Capsicum (chopped) 1 cup
Carrot (chopped) 1 cup
Sweet corn 1/2 cup
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream 1 cup
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ingredients for Malai Chicken Patties:
Samosa Patti as required
Flour mixture (all-purpose flour 1/4 cup + water 1 cup)
Prepared filling as required
Beaten eggs as required
Bread crumbs as required
Oil (for frying) as required
Directions for Filling Preparation:
1. In a bowl add boiled chicken, capsicum, carrot, sweet corn, red chili flakes, black pepper crushed, garlic powder, mustard paste, NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream, red chili powder, salt and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Malai Chicken Patties Preparation:
2. Take a samosa patti and brush flour mixture in the middle. Place another samosa patti on it perpendicularly.
3. Add prepared filling on it and wrap the samosa patti into box patty shape and seal the edges with flour mixture.
4. Now dip them in beaten eggs and the coat in bread crumbs.
Note: They can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
5. Deep fry them until crispy and golden brown. Your Malai Chicken Patties are ready. Serve and enjoy.
