SEAFOOD CHICKEN SAUSAGE GUMBO AND CRAB FRITTERS RECIPE + MUKBANG | Asmr 실제 요리 소리

*Prep time approx 1-1.5 hours
*Cook time approx: Roux 15-20 mins, Simmer 45 mins, Crab fritters 25 mins (prep during simmer)
*Serve with rice
*Serves 6-8

Ingredients:

Roux:

1 cup vegetable oil (may need to add more or less)
1 cup all-purpose flour (May need to add more or less)
*Be sure to stir consistently. Approx 15-20 mins on med heat (for a copper toned color). If you see black specs, it has burned and you will need to start over. Roux color depends of prefrence. The darker the roux the richer the flavor.

Gumbo:

3-4 celery stalks
1 med onion
1 med green bell pepper
14oz can diced tomato
5-6 cloves garlic
1 pkt beef bouilon (I used low sodium)
1 tbs chicken bouillon
4 1/2 cups water
2 cups of chicken broth (this is not needed. I had it in the fridge so i added it in)
** If you don’t have chicken broth, just add one tsp of chicken boullion to 2 cups water.
** So in total, you should yield atleast 6 1/2 cups of liquid
3 extra large snow crab legs
1 pkg cajun andouliie
3 chicken cutlets (season to tatste)
1.5 lbs jumbo shrimp
1.5 tsp Gumbo file’ (Optional. I ordered mine from Walmart.com)
Old Bay or cajun seasoning to taste

Crab Fritters:

2- 8.5oz boxes jiffy corn mix (add only 2 eggs and 1/3 cup milk)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 med red bell pepper
1 green onion
few tbs red or yellow onion
I used 4-5 king crab clusters (you can replace this with crabmeat of your choice)
1 pinch salt
Vegetable oil for fying
