To cook the quinoa;
Ingredients;
* 2 small cups of quinoa
* 4 small cups of hot water
* 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Instructions;
* Put all the material in a pot and mix.
* Close the lid of the pot when it starts to boil.
* Cook on low heat until it absorbs water.
For Chicken Saute;
Ingredients;
* 500 g chicken meat
* 1 tablespoon of ghee butter
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon of curry
Instructions;
* Heat the pan well. (I used cast iron)
* Put the ghee butter and the chicken in the pan.
* Cook by mixing.
* Add salt and curry.
* Roast the chicken until golden brown.
For Salad;
Ingredients;
* Lettuce
* Green, yellow and orange bell peppers
* Scallion
* Cherry tomatoes
* Cooked quinoa
* Sauteed chicken
* Salt
* Olive oil
* Lemon
* Black pepper
