Here’s the recipe:
SGT. PEPPER’S LONELY HEARTS CLUB

1 ¾ oz. (75ml) Scotch Whiskey
¾ oz. (22ml) Aperol
¾ oz. (22ml) Malbec Peppercorn Reduction
3 dashes Bitters
5 drops Saline
Garnish: Peppered Beef Jerky in brown sugar simple syrup and pink peppercorn
PREPARATION
1. In a shaking glass with ice, combine scotch whiskey, Aperol, malbec peppercorn reduction, bitters, and saline. Shake well.
2. Strain mix into a glass over ice.
3. Dip peppered beef jerky in brown sugar simple syrup and into pink peppercorn. Place on the edge of your glass as garnish. Enjoy responsibly!
