Shahi Tukda:
Preparing Sugar Syrup:- Heat 1 cup of water with 1 cup of sugar in a pan. Let it boil. Cook till you get one thread consistency in the Sugar Syrup. Switch off the flame.

Preparing Condensed Milk:- Heat 500 ml full cream milk in a heavy bottomed pan. Add one cup of sugar. Continue boiling until the volume of milk reduces by about half. Stir continuously in between to prevent sticking. Pour the thickened or condensed into a bowl.

Bread slices :- Slice the crust of the bread. Cut them into square. Heat oil in a kadai. Deep fry the slices. Fry until it becomes golden brown. Drain the slices on a plate.

Now dip the fried bread into sugar syrup for 2 mins. Coat the bread slices evenly with the sugar syrup. Arrange the coated bread slices on serving plate & pour the thickened or condensed milk on it. Garnish with dry fruits.
