Onions – thin slices
Cucumber – julienne cut
Tomatoes – slices
STEP # 3: MAYONNAISE SAUCE
Mayonnaise – 1 cup
Salt – ¼ tsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Garlic powder – ½ tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Chili flakes – ¼ tsp
STEP # 4 : PITA
Water – ½ cup (warm)
Instant yeast – 1 tbsp (one sachet)
Salt – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
All-purpose flour – 2&1/2 cups
More warm water for kneading
