Ingredients:
4 Skinless Chicken Breasts (cut into small chunks)
1 Cup of teriyaki marinade
Veggies (red, yellow, and orange bell peppers, broccoli, and red chilis)
White ends of 3 green onions, chopped as shown in the video
4 Tablespoons of vegetable oil or oil of your choice
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1 Tablespoon medium sweet soy sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon ginger powder
salt to taste (about 1/4 teaspoon)
Steps:
Add marinade to chicken chunks and marinade for at least 30 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to a frying pan or wok on low heat. Add garlic and green onions, and fry for a few seconds to prevent burning. Add peppers and broccoli and fry for 2 minutes on medium heat. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. Strain excess marinade from marinated chicken. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the same saucepan on medium heat. Add chicken and fry on both sides until cooked through, about 3 minutes on each side. Add sauteed veggies back into the pan with the chicken. Season with ginger powder and salt, add both types of soy sauce and sesame oil. Fry for 3 minutes. Serve with some hot rice and enjoy!
