Shrikhand Recipe:
Hung Curd – 1 Cup
Powdered Sugar – 4 tbsp
Cardamom Powder – ¼ tsp
Dried Rose Petals (crushed) – 1 tsp
Pistachio (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp
Cooking Instructions:
1. Whisk the curd until smooth with the powdered sugar and cardamom powder.
2. Add and mix the dried rose petals and pistachios.
3. Garnish with chopped pistachios.
4. Serve chilled.
Cooking Tips:
1. Hang curd overnight in a cheesecloth or fine strainer.
