So here’s the recipe from my kitchen to yours.

Ingredients :

500 gms Pork (belly portion with medium fat, cut into cubes)
Sufficient Water for cooking pork
1 no. Star Anise (chakra phool)
1 no. Cinnamon Stick (dalchini)
1 no. Bay Leaf (tej patta)
½ inch (7 gms) Ginger (sliced)
8 to 10 nos. (10 gms) Garlic (sliced)
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil (use as per your diet restrictions)
1 no. Star Anise (chakra phool)
½ tsp Fennel Seeds (saunf)
10 gms Ginger (julienned)
15 to 18 nos. (15 gms) Garlic (sliced)
2 to 3 Green Chillies (roughly chopped)
1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar (use as per your taste)
1 large (120 gms) Onion Petals
Handful Green Bell Peppers (julienned/sliced)
Handful Red Bell Peppers (julienned/sliced)
2 to 3 nos. Green Chillies (sliced diagonally)

Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbsp is tablespoon
