the best desert ever. really easy to make. serves 6. recipe written below. one of the best strudels i have ever made.
pre heat oven 180 degrees C
tray with baking paper
250g cream cheese soft at room temp.
3 table spoons caster sugar
1 table spoon lemon juice
beat with elec beater til smooth then add
1/4 cup plain flour sifted
1/4 cup grated white chocolate
1/3 cup sultanas or 100g of raspberries or blueberries
mix together with a plastic or wooden spoon
half
2 sheets puff pastry thawed i used black and gold pastry today
half on each sheet
milk on top dust with caster sugar
bake aprox. 40 mins til golden
allow to cool for 10 mins
serve warm on own or with cream or ice cream
serves 4 to 6
if reheat one the next day would put in alfoil and chuck in oven for a bit
