Watch the new episode of Cookie Show where a newbie and a home cook teen girls are making their own desserts as challenges. Here’s a new one. Only 4 ingredients, almost the same ones for both girls, and absolutely different recipes of no-bake desserts. And a lot of behind-the-scenes to enjoy! No-bake desserts are amazing, a fluffy cheesecake and a cloudy cake that do not require baking are no exception. These easy-to-make desserts are great for any occasion. Let your taste buds rejoice with these mouthwatering no-bake desserts.
? No-bake cookie cake??
Be sure to use crispy crackers for such a cake – they work best.
10 oz crackers/cookies – (300 g)
1 ¼ cup 20% sour cream – (300 ml)
2 tbsp sugar
3 peaches
2-3 strawberries (optional)
vanilla extract (optional)
How to make
Beat sour cream with sugar and vanilla until creamy. Cut peaches into thin slices. Lay out layers of crackers, cream, peaches, crackers again – and so on until the end. Cover everything with cream and leave it to soak for at least half of an hour.
? No-bake cheesecake ??
Ingredients:
10 oz cookies – (300 g)
2 ⅛ cups Mascarpone – (500 g)
1 cup heavy cream – (250 ml)
¾ cup sugar – (150 g)
1 ¾ cups butter – (160 g) (optional)
2 tbsp gelatin (optional)
How to make
Pour 100 ml (⅓ cup) of cold boiled water over the gelatin, leave the mixture for an 1 hour. Grind cookies in a blender. Melt butter. Mix cookies and butter until smooth and thick. Fill the cheesecake mold with the prepared mass and tamp it down well. Stir gelatin while heating it up until dissolved (do not boil it), remove from heat, cool down. Whip cream with sugar. Add mascarpone cheese and mix thoroughly. We spread the cheese mass on the base of the cheesecake and send it to harden into the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
