Easy Skillet Chicken Fettuccine // Cheap meals when you’re on a budget, This will make 4 servings. You can store any leftovers in your refrigerator in an airtight container. You can also freeze the leftovers.
1 onion
1 bell pepper
2 chicken breast
diced
Saute in a skillet with 2 tablespoons of olive or canola oil (med heat)
1 can Huntz Spaghetti Sauce – traditional 24 oz can
Dash of Garlic salt, ground pepper, pink Himalayan salt, parsley flakes, oregano flakes, a cube of chicken bullion – Shake and taste until you like it, lol I measure nothing.
Cook a hand full of noodles for 12 minutes AFTER they start to boil, drain and set aside. (high heat)
Mix the rest just as in the video, Note; can tomatoes need to “stew” for at least 8 minutes. To stew lower your heat to med/low and let stew; stir often.
Enjoy this dish with a side of kale salad with oil and vinegar.
Oil and Vinegar Dressing
3/4 cup oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
Pink Himalayan salt and ground black pepper
