4.5 lbs chicken pieces
¾ cup Red Wine (Merlot)
2 cups Chicken Broth
1 Onion (cut in quarters)
4 Garlic Cloves
2 Bay Leaves
1 tsp Ground Thyme
1 Tsp Dry Rosemary
2 – 3 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper
Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)
To serve:
Hot dog Buns
Shredded Cabbage
Chopped Green Onion
Favorite Hot Sauce
