Smoked Tin Beer Chicken Recipe:-
Brown sugar,
Smoked paprika,
Chili powder,
Salt,
Garlic powder,
Black pepper
in a bowl and mix well..
a) Apply the rub on all sides on the chicken
b) Insert the half full can of beer into the whole chicken.
c) Cook for 1 hour at 160°C
Beer Barbeque Sauce Making:-
ketchup,
beer,
apple cider vinegar,
brown sugar,
molasses,
Worcestershire sauce,
onion powder,
salt,
pepper in a saucepan
Boil 10 minutes..
d) Brush the chicken with the beer barbecue sauce
e) Cook until the internal temperature in the deepest section of the chicken reaches 80°C about 30 minutes ..
Now ready to eat Smoked Tin Beer Chicken…
