Sometimes a salad is just enough for a filling and delicious meal, especially for dinner. If you don’t feel like cooking and if you like something light but satisfying, this salad is just what you need. The olives and the green beans give this salad a very special flavor.
Ingredients:
½ Lettuce, chopped (tearing it is ok too)
2 oz. Smoked chicken, cut into pieces
2 tbsp. Green beans, canned
1 oz. Green Olives, chopped
½ Avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced
2 tbsp. Olive oil
Salt to taste
Procedure:
1. Tear the lettuce and place in a bowl. Season with salt.
2. Add smoked chicken.
3. Add green beans.
4. Add chopped green olives.
5. Add avocado and drizzle with olive oil. Serve and enjoy!
