Smoothie recipe:
3 oz dry oats (not cooked)
2 tbsp of powdered lecithin
10 oz of berries (I used raspberries and strawberries)
1-2 bananas
2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
0.5 tsp of cinnamon
Soak oats for about 15 minutes in blender
Add lecithin turn on the blender for 30 sec.
Add everything else, turn blender again for a minute and enjoy.
