I love smoothies! Here’s a variation of my signature recipe. Pack in the nutrients and enjoy. Here’s the recipe:
1 cup coconut water,
1 cup fruit (I like frozen mixed berries)
2 handfuls spinach
A few pieces of ginger (optional: this does make smoothie taste spicy!)
tbs chia seeds
tbs hemp seeds
tbs brewer’s yeast (if nursing)
