Smoothie Recipe: How To Make A Delicious Mango Coconut Beauty Smoothie
In winter it’s often hard to get enough healthy foods into our diets but adding them to a smoothie makes it quick and easy – not to mention delicious. So today, in the fourth part of my Six Week Winter Wellness series, I’ve made a delicious Mango Coconut Beautifying Smoothie.
This smoothie is not only great for calming breakouts but it’s also anti-ageing and full of healthy fats which are also great for your skin. Oh and it’s vegan friendly too!

Mango Coconut Beautifying Smoothie
Ingredients
Almond Breeze Almond Milk
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
¼ Tbs shredded coconut + extra for garnish
1 Tbs coconut oil
1 Tbs whole flaxseeds
Instructions
Add everything to your blender and blitz for a couple of minutes. Pour into your favourite glass and sprinkle shredded coconut on top.
