1 Apple
1 Banana
1 tblsp Cane Sugar
1 Cup Yogurt
Some Ice
Preparations
1. Slice apple and banana
2. Place sliced apple and banana in refrigerator for 4 hours to freeze.
3. After 4 hours take them out and blend them in a mixer along with cane sugar, yogurt, and ice.
4. Pour in a glass and add a few drops of maple syrup and enjoy.
