In winter it’s often hard to get enough healthy foods into our diets but adding them to a smoothie makes it quick and easy – not to mention delicious. So today, in the fifth part of my Six Week Winter Wellness series, I’ve made a delicious Mango Coconut Beautifying Smoothie.

This smoothie is not only great for calming breakouts but it’s also anti-ageing and full of healthy fats which are also great for your skin. Oh and it’s vegan friendly too!

Ingredients

1 orange, peeled
Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Pineapple pieces
Grated fresh ginger
