Soya halwa!

Ingredients
● Soya granules – 350 gms
● Sugar – 160 gms
● Ghee – 20 gms
● Cashewnuts – 30 gms
● Raisins – 20 gms
● Small cardamom – 2 gms
● Saffron – a few strands
● Warm milk – 5 ml
● Water – 2 – 3 cups
Method
1) In a mixer just Coarse grind the soya granules into a semolina – like powder.
2) Soak the saffron in warm milk and set it aside.
3) Grind the cardamom(optional) along with sugar.
4) Heat ghee in a shallow pan and roast the powdered soya granules till light golden brown.
5) Pour water and milk into the dry ingredients.
6) Stir continuously till they mix well. Add in cashew-nuts, raisins, and powdered sugar and cardamom.
7) Cook till the ghee starts separating from the halwa. Add saffron just before removing from fire. Serve hot.
