Procedure:
How to make Chicken Leg Curry:
1. Heat a pressure cooker and add 1 tbsp of oil to it. When the oil is nice and hot add 2 cloves,1 onion very finely chopped, few curry leaves, 2 green chillies and few mint leaves. Saute well until the onion turns transparent.
2. Now the onions are nicely done, so go ahead and add 1/2 tsp of ginger garlic paste, saute well until the raw flavor of the ginger garlic paste goes off.
3. Then add 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1/2 tbsp of chilli powder, 1 tbsp of coriander powder and 1/4 tsp of cumin powder. Mix well until the raw flavor of the spices goes off.
4. Now the spices are nicely done, so go ahead and add 3 chicken leg pieces and mix it well.
5. Then add 3 cupsof water and allow it to come to a boil.
6. Now its nicely boiling, so close the pressure cooker and pressure cook for 6 whistles.
7. Allow the pressure to settle on its own and then open.
8. The chicken pieces are nicely done by now, but i want the gravy to be a little more thick, so lets again cook for 5 more minutes with the lid off.
9. Now it has started to thicken up, continue to cook for 2 more minutes.
10. Now we have the perfect consistency. So off the flame and sprinkle some coriander leaves.
11. serve it nice and hot with a bowl of steamed rice and enjoy with your family and friends.

Chicken Leg Pieces: 3 Nos
Oil: 1 Tbsp
Cloves: 2 Nos
Onion: 1 Nos
Curry Leaves: Few
Green Chillies: 2 Nos
