Spicy Tamarind Chicken Wings Ingredients-
0:42 – For the Marination –
300 gms Chicken Wings
3 tbsp Tamarind Puree
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tbsp Curry Powder
2 tsp Soya Sauce
1 Egg (beaten)
1 tbsp Salt (as required)
2 tbsp Corn Flour

2:24 – Preparation of the Tamarind Sauce
5 – 6 Dry Red Chilli (roasted)
1 tbsp Oil
10-15 Garlic Cloves
1 Onion (sliced)
Water (as required)
2 tbsp Jaggery
2-3 tbsp Tamarind Puree
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
3:30 – For Frying the Chicken
Corn Flour (for coating)
Oil
4:06 – Making the Tamarind Sauce
5:31 – For the Garnish
Red Chillies (chopped)
Bell Pepper (jullienne)
