Ingredients:
300 Grams Chicken Thigh Fillet
200 Grams Spinach
100 Grams Tomatoes
80 Grams Chestnuts Mushrooms
60 Grams Yellow & Red Bell Pepper
1 Tbsp Ginger
1 Large Onion
3 Clove Garlic
1 tsp Fish Sauce
1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Ground Pepper
1/2 Cup Water
Serve it with Steamed Rice
