“I’m strong to the finish ’cause I eats me spinach ” – A big thanks to Popeye! I wasn’t a big fan of drinking a healthy green smoothie until I made this flavour combination. I usually find a green smoothie way too bitter. For this delicious Green Smoothie recipe I have used Almond Milk (also called Almond Drink because it’s officially not belonging to the milk-group), which makes it also vegan friendly. The mango adds some sweetness to the green shake which makes it not needed to add any honey or sugar. This healthy spinach smoothie with almond milk contains a couple of ingredients which are rich in many essential nutrients. Watch the full ingredients list in the video. This easy recipe is ready in 3 minutes and is a perfect healthy drink for breakfast and for weight loss!
