“Splendid” Blended Salad | Recipe


Learn how to make a delicious & nutritious Splendid Drink or a Blended Salad!

It’s an easy way to get more greens and enzymes in your diet! Just drink before your regular lunch and enjoy! Also feel free to substitute different greens, veggies, and (non irritating) spices.

Ingredients:
1 Green Onion
1 Stock of Celery
1 Half Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Cucumber
1 Sm Head of Romaine Lettuce
1 Slice of Purple Cabbage
1 Lime juice
2 Tbs Tomato Paste
1 glove of garlid
1 tsp Miso Paste
1 tsp Pink Himalayan Pink Salt
1/4 Avocado
1 Cup Water
1 Handful Cilantro
1 Handful Parsley

Directions:
* Blend and Enjoy!
