Stir Fry Lemon Pepper Chicken Tempura
Ingredients for Stir Fry Lemon Pepper Chicken Tempura:
Oil 2 tbsp.
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp.
Red capsicum (julienne) 1 cup
Carrot (julienne) 1 cup
Onion (sliced) 1 cup
Black pepper powder 1 tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Lemon zest 1 tbsp.
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
Red Chili flakes 1 tbsp.
Boiled spaghetti 400 g
K&N’s Chicken Tempura (660 g)
Oil (frying)
Fresh parsley (chopped) for garnishing
Sesame seeds for garnishing
Directions for Lemon Pepper Stir Fry:
1. In a wok, heat oil over medium high heat and add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
2. Add onion, red capsicum, carrot and stir fry it for a minute.
3. Add salt, black pepper, soy sauce, red chili flakes, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Toss everything to mix.
4. Add boiled spaghetti and toss it well over high flame for 1-2 mins.
5. Fry K&N’s Chicken Tempura as per instructions on the pack.
6. Toss the boiled spaghetti in the stir fry along with K&N’s Chicken Tempura and cook for 2 more minutes.
7. In a bowl, add Lemon Pepper Chicken Tempura Stir Fry and sprinkle sesame seeds and parsley on top. Serve and enjoy.
