1. Milk – 1 cup
2. Strawberries – 12-15
3. Roasted oats – 3 – 4 tbsp
Blend well.
Pour the blended smoothie into a serving glass.
4. Honey – 1-2 tsp
Mix honey. (You can add honey while blending smoothie)
5. Chia seeds – 1/2 tsp
Add chia seeds on top. Also some roasted oats & strawberry slices.
