Ingredients:
Strawberries 8-10
Low fat Yogurt 2 tbsp
Oats 2tbsp
Chia seeds 1/2 tsp
Honey 1tsp
Low fat milk 1/2 cup

Method.
Put sliced strawberries in blender jug,then add low fat yogurt ,milk and honey .Then, blend well. Now, drizzile honey on glass for decoration then, pour smoothie ,add oats and on top sprinkle chia seeds .Now, yummy and healthy Strawberry Oatmeal Smoothie is ready to serve .
