How to Make Stuffed Whole Chicken Breast
Ingredients:
Chicken Breast: 1 piece (Halve into two)
Salt: 1/2 tsp
White Pepper: 1/2 tsp
Mushrooms: 5-6 (chopped)
Vinegar: 1 tbsp
Egg: 1 (beaten)
Maida Flour: 1/2 cup
Breadcrumbs: 1/2 cup
Method
Flatten chicken breast with a heavy object.
Add salt, white pepper and vinegar and mix well.
Place cheese slices and add mushrooms.
Roll in flour and dip in eggs.
Coat with breadcrumbs and shallow fry.
Stuffed mushroom chicken breast is ready to serve.
Serve with French fries and tomato ketchup.
