Ingredients:
For marination-
Chicken 1 kg
Grated garlic 12-15 pods
Paste of garlic 15 pods, ginger 1″ and green chillies 4
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Coriander 2 tsp
Cumin powder 1Ā½ tsp
Curd 200 gm
Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes
3 tbsp white oil
2 large onions finely chopped
1 tbsp red chili powder
1Ā½ garam masala powder (by mistake mentioned as coriander powder)
Ā½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp water
Some chopped garlic (optional)
Salt 1 tsp or as per taste
1 tsp butter
Some fresh chopped coriander
For Garnishing
Some fresh coriander
